Single-user licence

A standard purchase grants one named individual a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the manual and the accompanying Excel workbooks.

You may

• Read and use the files on any device you personally use
• Print copies for your own reference, including the tear-out sheets
• Adapt the Excel workbooks with your own data and use them in your work
• Use the methods, frameworks and templates in your professional practice, including in work you are paid for
• Quote briefly in internal materials with attribution

You may not

• Share, forward or upload the files to a shared drive, intranet or team workspace
• Distribute copies to colleagues — team licences exist for that
• Resell, sublicense or republish any part
• Reproduce the diagrams in material you distribute outside your organisation without written permission
• Use the content to train or fine-tune a machine learning model

Team licences

For three or more people, a team licence is available at a reduced per-seat price with a single consolidated invoice and a purchase order reference if required. Write to hello@example.com with the number of seats.

A note on enforcement

We have not applied digital rights management. The files are unlocked, unwatermarked and will still open in twenty years. That is a deliberate choice made for the benefit of honest buyers, and it depends on you not forwarding them. If the manual is useful to a colleague, send them the link rather than the file.
